Now I play for SCHC ladies 1 and for Jong Oranje. I also study. I think it's
super fun to meet up with friends in my free time and do fun things, something different than hockey. I have a sister and she plays for the Dutch national team. I also have a brother and a younger brother. I think my friends would describe me as a social person. I like to do something fun with a lot of people or to talk to a lot of people. On the field people will call me fanatic. I always want to win and get the best out of myself and the team.

We often talk about hockey. She doesn't really give tips but she does share her experiences a lot that I can learn from.

Actually I'm not really into rituals. I always let the DJ of the team play nice records, I don't have any requests myself.

I always go to the same shop to have my grip fitted. I can't do it myself haha quite embarrassing.

Where will we see Jip in 10 years?

I hope that in 10 years I will have played an Olympic Games. I think I just stopped playing hockey and have a nice family. Still living in The Hague, nice and close to all the nice familiar places. I have my own company as a pedagogical coach and I am very happy.

How many goals will you score next season at HDM?
