Postage costs
Orders over €50 benefit from free shipping at The Hockey Center. All our packages are shipped with PostNL.
Shipping costs depend on weight. Up to 10kg is €6.95, up to 30kg is €13.25.
Shipping outside the Netherlands?
Send us a message for more information. Collection in the store is of course free of charge.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. We can only accept products in their original condition, clean and with packaging and tags.

Delivery time
We strive for the fastest delivery possible. We try to ship orders within 1 business day. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified by email or telephone.
How long is the warranty?
The Hockey Center and the supplier of the product do our utmost to deliver the best quality! However, it can happen that there is a manufacturing error in the product. The Hockey Center, in collaboration with the supplier of the product, provides a 3-month* warranty on the items it supplies. The invoice date serves as the effective date.
If a defect in the product has not arisen due to one of the reasons below:
- Wrong use
- No or poor maintenance
- Wear
If we have any doubts about warranty issues, we will always contact the supplier of the product.
