ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NOT SATISFACTORY?
The products that need to be returned must always be returned within 14 working days of receipt. You can use the returns form that you received with your order. The return costs are €6.95. Returns in store are free.
Would you prefer a different product? Once the product has arrived at The Hockey Center, the money will be refunded to your account within 14 working days. You will receive an email as soon as we have received the product.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY
Postage costs
Free shipping on orders over €50. Items are shipped with the PostNL Parcel Service with shipping costs depending on weight. Up to 10kg is €6.95, up to 30kg is €13.25. Shipping outside the Netherlands is possible. We ship to all countries in the EU. Are you a customer from the United Kingdom? We would like to refer you to our Partner Hockeycentre.com
Delivery time
We do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible. This is normally within 2 working days, sometimes it takes a day longer. We aim to deliver orders within 1 working day. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified by email or telephone.
You can keep an eye on your order via the track & trace that you receive from us.
Delayed delivery
We strive to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. If a delivery is delayed, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.
Unavailable items
Naturally, we will do our utmost to deliver all ordered items. If an item is not available, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone. We will refund the paid amount to your bank account within 7 working days or we will look for a suitable alternative together.

GUARANTEE
The Hockey Center and the supplier of the product do our utmost to deliver the best quality! However, it can happen that there is a manufacturing error in the stick or other material. The Hockey Center, in collaboration with the supplier of the product, provides a 3-month* warranty on the items it supplies. The invoice date serves as the effective date.
If a defect in the product has not arisen due to one of the reasons below:
- Wrong use
- No or poor maintenance
- Wear
If we have any doubts about warranty issues, we will always contact the supplier of the product.
*Guarantee does not apply to discounted items under the 30% discount & wooden children's sticks. Do you believe or doubt that your item meets the warranty conditions? Then you can contact us via our WhatsApp service or email. Including photos of your product.
